I managed to get a Media pass to Nass festival at the weekend…
It was really nice to pick my camera up again, it feels like it’s been months!
Ever wondered what it would be like to be behind the scenes at a fashion photoshoot?
I currently haven’t used this print for anything yet, created as a ‘extra sample’ for my Final Major Project at University. Created to represent the euphoric feeling created by a lack of oxygen when drowning called Hypoxic.
The third year fashion and textiles students have been directing the photoshoot for their lookbook this week. For a sneak preview visit their facebook page and keep checking the blog for more updates and an invite to our catwalk show.
This is so exciting! Cannot wait to do my photo shoot tomorrow!
Check it out, my behind the scenes photography!
Snapped some pic’s for my portfolio today while shooting a ‘Behind the scenes” style shoot again today.
Two sneak peaks of our catalogue photoshoot from our ‘behind the scenes’ camera today.
Here’s some prints i made recently from some photographs i took in Canada on holiday a few years ago. I havent found a home for these designs yet, but may find a place soon on a new business venture :)
Here’s another print design from my Aquaphobia brief. I’ve been thinking of carrying designs like these over into my new company! (will release the name soon)
For my Aquaphobia project which is a all blue i created some extra designs for sampling. I took the original image on a family holiday to Canada and overlayed a illustration i created by hand.
Had a play with some of my new illustrations and recent photographs from Birdworld. I think the illustration works nicely in the eye, almost looks like the sky!
I had a play on photoshop today with some old illustrations and some relatively new repeat print designs, this is the outcome. Enjoy
Two of my favourite photographs from the Aquarium in Portsmouth.
From my Enterprise unit over a year ago now, Ellie Foster kindly modelled for our label Maiden England.
For the Enterprise unit, my group and i (Paula, Charlotte, Mel and Maddie) had to write a business plan, manufacture a line of 5 garments and sell the products at a market stall on Camden Lock. These photo’s are from our photoshoot which we all took part in photographing.
